FWIW I think the Liverpool scheme is that if you're not in your seat 10 minutes on, tough.

Don't favour that as it would cause aggravation for staff and potentially turn away existing paying supporters.

They're a completely different type of club to us though. Our stadium is about right for us, it sells out for the big games and it's easy enough to get a ticket for all the others. Liverpool play in a stadium that's too small for the number of people wanting to attend. They could fill a 70/80,000 seat stadium most weeks if they had one.

If we were playing in a stadium that held 20,000 people then those who aren't in after 10 minutes aren't valuing their seat enough, there are other people that would want to use it and can't because of those people.

Makes sense IMO. Football isn't like going for a meal or to the Trafford center, you go to support your team and really, baring extreme circumstances no-one should be away from their seats 10 minutes into the game.
