Pub Shed

Good solid level foundations are a must, then look at shed manufacterers, the decent ones will do office type buildings. Go for at least 20 x 10. Not cheap when you've put decent flooring down and power in, that's before furniture and fittings.
Got a few restored 1950's outboard engines for display if interested...
Thank you.
Not sure I can away with 20x10 - would anything else be too small??

I could dress it up as though I am thinking about getting an office room in the garden..... reality is, it's going to be a some sanctuary and bit of a pub shed to watch the football.

Still coming up from Devon for 5 games at the moment this year, but time, prices, ticket availability, hotel prices etc means I am looking for an alternative...

Looking for any advice, pointers, companies recommended, any issues, cool stuff to buy, and anything else I need to think about

........and is "The Blue Moon" a bit too much on the nose.
I’ve just installed a wooden cabin - office/ “social area” at the bottom of our garden.
I used a company called Dunster House - https://dunsterhouse.co.uk/
I opted for the 3.5m x 2.5m as that’s the ideal size for where it’s been built.
https://dunsterhouse.co.uk/log-cabins/garden/ghostflower-3-5m-x-2-5m
It has 34mm walls, 19mm roof & floor, 24mm double glazing and multi-point door locking mechanism. It’s very well engineered and fairly easy to build.
The timber is interlocking tongue & groove logs slow grown spruce.
This size worked out at £2.5k but I did add – insulated roof, insulated floor & fly screens which took it to about £3k
It came with a felt roof but I ditched that and fitted a rubber roof.
Overall very happy, great company to deal with.
Other extras were power to the cabin through an armoured cable, external consumer unit, conduit and joints, sockets, internet cable, blinds, futon and TV
Top tip - run all your electrics on the outside in conduit then you just have sockets on the inside and no unsightly wiring.
If you need any more details let me know.

I had a bespoke ‘garden’ room built 6m x 4m. Best thing I have done for a long time! Air con that both warms and cools, WiFi,beer pumps, TV, sound system etc . I looked at all the dunster stuff which I liked but in the end had a local company build it with a rubber roof and composite cladding.
Have many a good do in it !

I bought one from Tuin 4 yrs ago. I could only fit a small corner design in the space I had so just 3m x 3m in 58mm thickness, but it works great as an office with space for the running machine and stores my garden furniture too. If you’re wanting all year use you need to go for decent thickest of logs, insulation under the floor and outside the roof, double glazing etc plus heating. Total price around £5.5k but a great investment for us.

Easy to install (1 man job apart from help needed with roof supports) and their website is worth looking at for their blog on site prep, building etc. whoever you buy from.

I have a Dunster house one. It's great. We got the pressure treated one.

Had it 4 years. Have internet, electrics etc and including a toilet sink etc.

Air con to heat and cool. Will try get some pics up
