Positive news getting rid of Nike. So many fans left disappointed after many of the kit launches.

To all those saying Puma is hit and miss, theyre far better than the dross we've been served in recent years

Yeah Shinton caught me out too, mind you I've spent nearly 40 years trying to forget he played for us.

Yeah, although I recognised the face, Shinton would never have jumped into my mind, Silkman I knew was a face I see regularly but it wouldn’t arrive in my mind.

I'm not too bothered about sports brands personally as long as the quality is good and they pay the club competitively, I didn't even know they were a German company(as is Adidas) until a google the other day.

It is interesting how they managed to keep a hold of the ownership too when two big English brands sold out to Nike(Umbro - of Cheshire) and Adidas(Reebok - of Bolton), it's a bit of a shame how no big brands on the world scene are English anymore, or is that considered Xenophobic these days?
