I'm not too bothered about sports brands personally as long as the quality is good and they pay the club competitively, I didn't even know they were a German company until a google the other day.

It is interesting how they managed to keep a hold of the ownership too when two big English brands sold out to Nike(Umbro - of Cheshire) and Addidas(Reebok - of Bolton), it's a bit of a shame how no big brands on the world scene are English anymore, or is that considered Xenophobic these days?

I'm actually colour blind...so God knows if I'm seeing what you're seeing!! But for me that late 70s early 80s kit is a lot darker than the one we currently have and closer to the laser.

I really like this year's shade and is what I'd call 'proper' City blue.

I have to say, that even though I don’t like any deviation from sky blue, I too loved (and still love) that kit.
