Hopefully the residential angst isn't overwhelming for you.
Fortunately I live in the west coast of Washington state - overwhelmingly so, the populace is very well educated, and is very, very much anti-Trump.
But were I to take a drive, say 50 or so miles east - I'd still be in Washington state - but in the rural part of the country. In this part of the state - I'd be hard pressed to find anyone in support of Joe Bidden.

I'm not sure exactly what I'm trying to say from the above - other than that facts do not change at all based on locality - and yet, perceptions of what is fact - or what is not - absolutely does change based on locality.
This needs to change. If we're to enjoy a rational hate-free society, whose decisions on how to proceed are based on actual facts - then a sea-change in exchange of information must occur.
