Can yiu be sure who headed it? From the replay it could have been the qatar defenderThink when the keeper went to punch and the player headed it there was only one defender behind the keeper ,it's offside

There has to be 2 defensive players either including the goalie or not?? In US Fox are saying because goal keeper is ahead of ball, there needs to be TWO players between attacking player and goal to avoid offside ?? ..... WTF ??? I Have never, ever, heard that ???
