Would anyone risk resting Silva today?
I say "risk"; we do have a fantastic squad so not a huge risk but whenever he didn't play last season it was very noticable that he wasn't on the pitch.
He's had a full on season and picked up what looked like an injury in an area where I had trouble with a trapped nerve for ages (just at the top of my hip at the back). and it's very painful!
Would anyone give David a rest today?

Maybe a sneaky "Sorry Spain, David picked up a knock at Villarreal and it's flared up after the game at QPR. International break during which he will probably play ~80 minutes of every Spain game...it's not exactly a break for him.
