I fail to see why people are so exercised about the cause of death. It's not going to be released with an illegal cause filled in, and just means that there were no underlying causes.

I'm more interested in what she's wearing inside that coffin. Most folk only have one set of 'sunday best', but I'd imagine the undertaker had a fair choice from the royal wardrobe. Also, is it worth keeping an eye on Oxfam in Kensington for the rest of her stuff?

Asked my (doctor) brother about this yesterday. Says it’s legitimate but used increasingly sparingly and somewhat frowned upon these days.

Thinks there will be something underlying. Says most people in their 90s have heart disease.
