Dear Bill,I know she and her family have lots of supporters but to me they're irrelevant, I don't like any of them.
I did like Diana but I felt that family ruined her life and gave her mental issues as they wouldn't accept her as one of them. I think the day Charles married her was the end of happiness and her life.
I strongly suspect that Harry has done what he has done because of the way his mother was treated. I can't imagine how he would feel in the company of Camilla.
I am going to watch the new movie Spencer, as my wife loved Diana.
I can't find sympathy for an old woman who has lost her 90 something year old husband when they both had a life of extreme luxury, especially when I see news reports of approximately 1 million children slowly starving to death in Afghanistan.
That particular issue is driving me crazy and my sympathy and sorrow this Christmas is completely honed in on that subject.
I am definitely a Republican, I do not believe that one person is born more important or greater than another person because of heredity, I believe it is what they do with their life that determines how well we look up to them. Therefore I do not believe in royal highness or any kind of royalty. I think the idea of royalty is completely antiquated and irrelevant in modern society.
Your views on the monarchy are immaterial to me. You are a City fan and therefore worthy of friendly help and advice:-
Do not - under any circumstances - go to watch the film "Spencer." I did, and I reviewed it in "The last film you saw" thread. It is dire; utter f'kin dross. The worst possible way to waste your time and money. 2 hours of your life that you will never get back.
Trust me - I'm a City fan with your best interests at heart.
Kind regards,
