Question Time

I will give you some help because I’m a nice bloke, in future don’t make a statement, a statement is a fact. Say something pretty basic like in my opinion or I predict. Otherwise people will rightly think you are lying because you don’t like not getting your way. Another helpful tip,if someone fundamentally disagrees with you today, and yesterday you can pretty much guarantee they will disagree with you tomorrow.

You haven’t a clue what the population as a whole thought about the Eu before, during or after the referendum and you don’t know how many voted based on the campaigns. To even suggest you know is a lie pure and simple.

You can now continue with propaganda remain and the only ones agreeing with you are fellow remainers.
If you want to call me a liar again, I'll call you a **** again. You don't seem to mind, so I guess you're used to it.

Have a read of what I actually wrote, rather than what's in your empty head. The polls prior to the referendum were fairly consistently in favour of remain. Did I say I know what everyone thought? No. So give over with the lying innuendo, ****.

@hilts: Look, I am sorry for calling you a ****. I apologise. It's beneath me.

But please, don't accuse me of lying. I am an extremely moral and honest person. I don't lie. I don't even keep the change when I get an extra pound by mistake in the pub.

So please don't do it. It's not nice. And it winds me up intensely. It's not even remotely appropriate, because I don't tell lies.

We don't agree. I think you're wrong, but I guess you think the same. But no more of the calling me a liar please. Truce, OK?

I think you are wasting your time with chippy, he seems unable to form any kind of balanced view.

Fiona Bruce is definitely wearing coloured contacts, that can’t be the actual colour of her eyes.

I realise how this sounds and we should be focusing on the politics but I just want to say anyone who wears them is a ****.

Jesus Christ they’re in Scotland and 70% of the crowd are clapping for pro Brexit comments.

The BBC is a fucking disgrace.

Fella I have no problem with you honest. I don’t try and change remainers minds it’s pointless all I do is highlight their hypocrisy and knock down their moral pontifications. Like I said earlier state whatever opinion you like it’s a free country, I think you are wasting your time but it’s your free time and you can waste it/use it however you see fit. But if you make a statement that cannot be proven and word it as a fact I will comment on it. Our views on brexit are polar opposites. You are more based on the economics and I have a totally different angle. I’m lucky in that I cannot lose from this fiasco.

We ain’t changing anything on here so your posts or mine ain’t changing shit.

This stinks, absolutely stinks.

Not joking in saying 9 out 10 people in the crowd are cheering and clapping for Brexit and yet -

The BBC isn’t fit for purpose.

That's all fine mate but please don't go around calling me a liar. If I make some statement you don't agree with, then fine. Ignore it, argue with it, do whatever you like. But don't go throwing the word "lies" around. It's needlessly provocative, and actually factually wrong. As I've mentioned, a lie is a statement somone makes, KNOWING it to be untrue. I've never made such statement on this forum in the 11 years I've been on here. Not one, ever.

So please don't do it again eh. Argue by all means, but keep the "liar" comments to yourself, please.

Never let the truth get in the way of a good rant.

Yet again I disagree if you say most people were for the Eu before the campaign unless you know this and have facts to back it up that is a lie, if you say you think that is the case then it becomes an opinion. You are doing what politicians do and no doubt have called them out for doing so. If you said you thought most people were for the Eu before the referendum I would ask you to back that up. You said they were, you cannot know that so it is a lie. We can go round and round if you like.

That is the truth, at first I thought it was 70%, then realised its practically everyone bar a couple of people on the right hand side of the audience.

They do this every time, Bruce continuously makes pro Brexit comments.

Maybe Scotland has changed it's mind, or are remainers not able to do that?
