Question Time

Fair comment.

I honestly believe that both these parties are rotten to the core and Brexit which ever side of the argument you are on has been a good thing if only to expose the depth of borderline evil that is entrenched in both. If this whole Brexit issue were to bring and end to both it would be a good thing regardless as to whether we end up leaving remaining or something inbetween.

I have stated before that I am a borderline leaver but would happily take the remain option in exchange for the permanent demise of both of these destructive and self serving institutions. I can not honestly not see how anyone with an ounce of decency could justify voting for either.

It remains my hope that from somewhere a credible alternative can rise from the ruinous mess they have created and frankly that is more important than whether or not we end up leaving the EU. Whilst they continue to influence the future of this country frankly I think leaving or remaining is bordering on irrelevant to the long term future of this nation.

Bring back Robin Day.

The producers have turned the show into the political version of Jerry Springer.

It's a joke. Where do people who are involved in politics go for a fair debate anymore?
Not to the BBC which is now simply the propaganda wing of the government.

From the outside looking in, I'd say that's fair comment but you're not on your own in this regard.
I think it is unfortunately common in modern politics throughout the world. There is an illusion of democracy but how much the populace is being manipulated is not to be underestimated.

I would agree that many of the problems in Britain need to be sorted internally before deciding on whether you want to go forward with Europe, as I don't see them as issues caused by EU membership per se.

It's very plain that the above is indeed true.

They've (the BBC) have campaigned for months about the importance of May getting her deal through, by consistently interviewing businesses up and down the country and getting them to talk about the perils of no deal. In all of those countless news articles, not once have I found them filming anyone who said "Of course, one scenario, which I hope will come about is that Brexit doesn't happen at all". And yet this is despite the polls showing that 54% of the electorate and probably many more who don't vote, thinking exactly that.

It's biased reporting on an unprecedented scale.

you expect it from the fail and the mirror. Not the national broadcaster though. Call me Dave appointed some of his cronies to the Board of the BBC. They in turn have made further appointments at Board level which is now 100% pro Tory. They have been 100% pro brexit and refuse to cover stories of national interest like the criminality surrounding the referendum. It is no wonder that most the population are on the wrong side of facts when the majority of media outlets +politicians are feeding us untruths.
