Holmes, Christian, Murs. woman slap, kick in bollocks, full on haymaker
Our season ticket prices are now amongst the most expensive in the country and we have had consecutive annual renewal increases every season. The corporate and hospitality sections of our ground have been expanded several times, to the detriment of ordinary supporters in those existing areas. A larger and larger percentage of our away ticket allocations for the biggest games now go to corporate partners, ahead of ordinary supporters. So while broadly, as a club, everything is overwhelmingly positive, and broadly speaking we as supporters feel that way about our ownership, there has been a growing sense of a disconnect between the club and its supporters in pursuit of commercial goals. The club deciding to be a founding member of the "Super League" seems to exemplify this, and felt like a betrayal of the supporters. So my question is, why are you, or the people you delegate to, not fulfilling the initial promise in the post-takeover letter from Sheikh Mansour, that "we will act always in the best interests of the club and all of its stakeholders, but especially you the fans"?
