Mancini appears to have had a profound impact on your team, how do you rate your chances for 4th place? I think it's ours to lose... games at home vs Spus and Villa will be vital.
Sunderland's Chairman, Niall Quinn, once wore the sky blue of Man City, what did you think of him as a player, and given his success at SAFC, are you disappointed he left?Slightly before my time but have met him on a couple of occasions and he seems a nice, genuine bloke. Looks like hes doing a good job at Sunderland
Which Sunderland players do you think could complement your squad? Tricky one... I don't think we need any players from Sunderland tbh. Not too say they don't have good players, just that we don't need them
On the whole, how do Man City fans feel about the whole John Terry/Wayne Bridge fiasco? Is it right that Bridge has turned his back on his country? Think Terry confirmed himself as a t**t. I don't think Bridge has done himself any favours by not playing for England but I can understand why he's done it. Obviously it wasn't easy for him so at the end of the day, its his decision and hes done what he thinks is for the best
Your away form has been a bit hit and miss this season, do you fancy yourselves to take all three points at the Stadium of Light? Well the result vs Bolton brought mixed feelings. Usually when teams haven't won for ages they beat us so was glad you won. However, 4-0 will give the players and fans a massive confidence boost which could work against us. BUT, our last result was special and if the players haven't lost the momentum then I think we should expect to win. A draw will be disappointing considering the position we're in and a loss will be unacceptable. I think we'll win 3-1.
This summer will be interesting for Manchester City, pick three players you would have at your club and why. Messi, just because he oozes class. Xavi because of his world class creative abilities in the middle which I think we've been lacking this year. And, Micheal Essien because I think he is a step up from De Jong (even though I think De Jong's been immense this season) but I think he'd compliment our team nicely.
Do you think you are capable of winning the league next season? With the right signings in the summer, yes. If we had won the games we should have won (with the squad we have) i.e. Hull, Burnley, Fulham at home and Bolton, Hull and Wigan as well then I think we could have been in with an outside shout this season but hopefully next season, the squad will be strong enough to challenge the scum, chelsea and arsenal. We' ve already proven we are as good as those on our day, so we just need a bit of consistency and we I reckon we can be genuine title contenders.
Mark Hughes was sacked after the last meeting between these teams, did you agree that was the right thing to do at that time? Probably. the run of draws we had was unacceptable and I honestly dont think we would have reached our full potential under Hughes.
Are you happy overall with Manchester City's progress the past few seasons? I suppose the two season before this one could have been better. Sven had a great start with Thaksin's money but then we went to pieces in the last half. Then the takeover last year came on the last day so Hughes didn't have enough time to spend it. Plus the UEFA Cup run was a distraction last year. However, with the players we signed in the summer, I think we should have done slightly better this year. Again the run of draws wasn't good enough but now, things are looking up. The team look to be gelling well I think next season, we will reach our full potential.
Who has been your player of the season? I think it's a close run thing between Bellamy, Tevez and Given. Bellamy has been a huge hit and gives the team and fans alike a boost with his passion and energy but he hasn't played as many games as I'dve liked due to his knees. Given is a great shot stopper but questions have been asked about him commanding his area and coming for crosses etc... so I think due to his 21 goals, rejecting the rags and never-say-die attitude, its got to be Tevez.
Who was your man of the match from the last game? Against Chelsea, everybody was man of the match.
Do you believe it's possible that Manchester City will be a bigger club than Manchester United in the forseeable future?Yes. We have money, they don't. The sky's the limit for us at the moment. The club as a whole is on the up and under the Glazers, they seem to be on the decline. When Fergiescum leaves, I think that will be a huge turning point for them. In a few years, everybody will realise there is only one club in Manchester
