Why the richest club in the world with less than a week to go before the start of the season have ;
a. Only bought one defender
We have tried for others; remeber a guy called Terry?
b. Have no idea bar the left back, who will play defence on saturday
YOU! have no idea
c. They won`t have played together
How do you know if you've no idea whose playing?
d. Ben-haim is still at city
And will be till his contract expires if we don't have interest in him or he doesn't want to go.
e. Dunne looks like missing out, but he`s still captain?

1. Why are so many people so negative?

2. Who would have beieved at the last world cup when young superstars were coning through the Brazil and Argentina teams (Robinho and Tevez) that BOTH of them would be playing for CITY 3 years later?

3. Anyone think Pab Zab, Toure, Onouha/Dunne and Bridge is a really bad back 4?

4. When was the last time MCFC were fifth favorites for a title in the top league?

5. Am I going to get really pissed and enjoy myself at Blackburn on Saturday?

a. But season starts saturday, Aren`t we supposed to buy them early so they can get settled down and get to know each other.
b. Not if we do sign a new defender with days to go. Dunne`s lost it.

Only one defender he says. Some clubs haven't bought anyone of note. We bought Bridge in January, and Zabeleta 12 months ago. If we bought more defenders, we'd have even more problems playing them together.

Most clubs are still doing their transfer business whilst we are close to concluding ours, and it takes 3 parties to complete a deal.

True, but lets not forget 8 out of 10 supporters on this forum think Bridge is crap! And most agree Zabeleta is better in midfield!

Competition for places is what it all about isn`t it ! And loads of people on this forum think we need a new right back aswell !

completely disagree with you about Bridge and Zabaleta, tit, and if you are right 80% on here are tits (which I dont believe - mind you maybe 80% in this forum are bleeding evertonians now)

I think the original poster has a good point. I'd like to add some of my own;
a) why oh why have we not signed messi yet? The owner needs to have a good luck at himself.
b) I want to know why, when I got home tonight, Lucy Pinder wasn't waiting at home with my tea ready? It's an absolute disgrace.
c) Why, after buying a lottery ticket, I did not become a millionaire last night?
d) Erm, can't think of anything else to moan about, as my team is about to have the most exciting season in my lifetime.
e) STOP FOOKIN WHINGING!

WELL forgive me for being honest about our piss poor defence !

a) Did we have a great defence last year?
b) Are three out of four of our defence of last yr likely to be playing on sat ?
c) Did not half our of the forum reckon Toure is well past his best?
d) Have not 3/4 of the people on this forum complained about Dunne and Bemhaim of late ?
e) That`s what BLUEMOON heres for ! a moan and an opinion !
Like I`ve said earlier we`ve made some great moves in transfer market for forwards , defenders have really took piss !
Mr Chelsea for example goes quiet for 3 weeks wasting our time ! Then Mr Lescott waits 4 weeks b4 putting in transfer request!
