Queue to relocate.

I wonder if someone could enlighten me on the rules for getting a season card in family stand. My neice would like to get to some games but in reality not many. I want to upgrade from blue to gold on level 1. If I were to get seasoncards for us in family stand would I be able to without her or do you have to have a child with you every game. Can't find any info on OS

To buy a season card in the Family stand you need at least 1 Adult and 1 child but that does not mean you can't go to the game on your own if your daughter can't make the game.

There are10 in the queue at the ticket office, first was here at 5.30.

Were you the sad fucker sat on the floor looking shagged out, mate ??
Good for you.

No that person was me. I had sciatica and was in pain and struggling to stand up! I had to sit down at every opportunity even though I looked like a down and out in my beige scally coat. I managed to change 3 fantastic seats together in level 2 family stand, great view, good people around us, aisle seat for more room, nice and dry, cheap, etc for 3 next to the meshing 6 rows up against the away fans in the singing section where we'll get pelted with coins, piss wet through, pestered by stewards, poor view, more expensive, etc. Still, my two teenage lads are happy cos they like 'the atmosphere!'.....my god what have I just done?!

You have my sympathy mate as I suffer from degeneration of the spine and standing outside for 50 minutes and then anothe 30 minutes upstairs, didn`t half take it out of me.
I then had another 40 minutes car travelling time, but the knowledge that I had finally moved, did take away some of the pain.Still think for me personally,it was better than taking God knows how long before getting through on the phone,as it seems that some BM`s on here experienced severe problems.
However as soon as I got home, two pain killers were the order of the day.
The way you looked I was half expecting a bottle of cider or meths to come out of your coat pocket and shaking a fucking cup and asking "got a pound sir for a drink of tea" !! ;)
Well done mate for sticking it out.

alll this just hastens the proccess of a new stadium. our owners know that.

It'll be the same old shit ticket office which has been crap ever since I first started using it for myself in the 1977.

disagree m8 mainly buy on line but when I do go in the staff are helpful to a fault the issue seems to be the seasonal blips which are structural and about advance planning and getting the staffing right which needs improving

. To often I read things on here and have to check myself as they don't reflect my experience of MCFC maybe you have had poor service, but every single occasion over 35 years? To dismiss a whole part of an organisation as crap in this way is simply too generalised a critique to be taken seriously

+1 they do a great job.

I'd also heap praise on the ticket office. They actually seem to know the ground very well and I've known the odd person say something about their own personal preferences - which helps when you're choosing something from a distance. As an ex-pat Manc who started life in East Didsbury when it wasn't posh, there's something in the way the phone is answered by someone who pronounces "Manchester City Football Club" in the right way that makes me feel nostalgic.
