Don't know if this is a clarkie (I hope so) but I suspect this will be the last year ST holders will be able to get a ticket if they're not on the scheme.

Because they're separate competitions and the club should treat them as such, just like many season ticket holders do. Not many from a round me have been to a cup tie since I moved there 6 seasons ago. But, on Wednesday at the Wigan match plenty of them were making their Wembley plans. Now that season ticket membership is pretty much a closed shop its time to open up the cup matches to those that can't get a season ticket.moomba said:Gingers Dad said:Deadly serious. Why? Season ticket holders contribute just as much to the club and its success (I would say more) than some that might go to a couple of games.
I pay around £600 for my ST. Why should someone that might not even contribute a penny toward the club get priority.
As I said anyway, I doubt either would get a ticket next year anyway.
