RAC Call centre - Stretford

[Blue Streak]

Have been looking around at various new employment opportunities recently and have been approached (and agreed to) an interview at this place. Now the contact centre environment is nothing unfamiliar to me so I know mostly what to expect. However I'm wondering if any Blue's on here have any experience of this place and can offer any advice or opinion's (good and bad).

Any 'head's up' would be appreciated.
