Hes made of glass, hes always injured it seems.
Then you must not be watching him play. The reason why Micah gets injured is because he leaves everything on the field. He will fly at anything. Throw himself at any situation. These utter disregard for personal safety ( a great quality for any player to have) leads to more injuries. He plays football like he was an American football Fullback.Phuket Blue said:I know this is the Falcao thread, but just following the Micah injury news. My feeling is he's carrying too much weight. There aren't too many players with his build in the game. I know he's naturally a big lad, but my guess is he eats a lot of crap too.

You still think Zabaleta is behind Richards, Cleav? I have this debate every day with myself and others. Judging by the last half of the season I just can't see this being the case. I think Richards is a great option and great player. But I think Zabaleta provides the kind of security that Mancini finds priceless.

it's tough to say. i think that micah was definitely first choice when he got injured, but zaba was very impressive during that final stretch. we truly couldn't have done it without him. so, does micah lose his spot when it has nothing to with poor performance on his part? that would be kind of fucked up, but i guess you have to do what's best for the team. zabs is a more reliable defender, but when micah goes bombing up the wing, it's like very few other defenders in the world. basically, it's a good problem to have, because both options are pretty damn good. i think maybe play zabs against the better attacking teams, and micah when they're parking the bus.
