I know it's been done on here before, but Brian Clarke talking to Mel Machin about problems at home, meaning not winning at Maine Road.
Machin agrees and goes on about plumbing and electrics at his house!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally weird the things you remember , but recall vividly sitting in the back seat of my mums mazda as we were driving on simonsway in wythy on the way to my aunties in timperley and hearing “oh no”.

on derby day they played both jingles one after the other and there was a pause of about 5 seconds where you didn’t know what the fcuk was going on. I used to sit my rag mate in his mums house and the tension was tangible. He was a right smarmy twot as well which made it even worse.

In the 81 Maine road derby they said on Piccadilly “there has at last been a goal in the derby.. we’ll go straight to Maine road after the adverts to see who’s scored”

Three minutes of agonising wait to then find out McKenzie had put us 1-0 up
