I am not making a comment on what he earns on an absolute level but what he earns in comparison to Adebayor. Tevez is not going to compare his wages to Dave the brickie, is he? I would have thought he is more likely to compare himself to teammates who play in the same position.

Maybe it is the agent try to get the increase rather than Carlos, especially if he gets a fee for the re-negotiation
