It's a huge weakness imo especially for a defender to get so hot headed and provoked easily. Sooner or later he'll get a reputation for it and be a huuge weakness for the rags (yay!) every time he plays.

I hate Rafael with a passion but Richards isn't as skillful or as comfortable with the ball as he is. Defensively and physically Richards has him beat but he definitely has the brazilian flair. Luckily, he seems like a hot headed little twat who will spend as much time banned as he will on the pitch.
