Interesting this. Just been checking their accounts and their freehold property is valued at around £250m. This includes the swamp, Carrington, The Cliff and other bits and pieces. So it's not unreasonable to suppose that the Swamp & Carrington are worth around £220m.

Yep, they've definitely sold them I reckon. Brilliant. Going to be mayhem when that one finally hits the papers.

Old Trafford was included as part of the Bond offering so they couldn't borrow anything against it or sell it as far as I can remember.

There's a few rumours about the Qatar Royal family being interested in buying them and they were the ones who had a bid knocked back last year, maybe the money has come from them. Whatever is going on it looks like they are not going to be in any trouble and if they do get bought out then we are all fucked.
