Here it is on Page 22 of the Offer Document:

The indenture governing the Notes will not prohibit us from selling certain key properties
The indenture governing the Notes will limit our ability to sell or transfer, but not prohibit us from selling or transferring, our training ground facilities and our stadium. Although in the sale or transfer of any of these properties, the transferee will be required to enter into a longterm lease with us to enable us to continue to have substantially the same access to such property as we currently do, if we sell or transfer either or both of these properties, we will no
longer control them.

Just for you jacob33

I'm getting a whiff of rag from Jacob333.

With you on that PB, definitely a stench of manure. One of the tranny ones that think they can hide in the closet. Beats me why they do it.

I have to doff my cap to PB on this one I think he may be onto something. Great work !

I think it is more likely that they would rename the shit hole prior to sell it off.

But either way would be funny as fuck!

Interesting this. Just been checking their accounts and their freehold property is valued at around £250m. This includes the swamp, Carrington, The Cliff and other bits and pieces. So it's not unreasonable to suppose that the Swamp & Carrington are worth around £220m.

Yep, they've definitely sold them I reckon. Brilliant. Going to be mayhem when that one finally hits the papers.

Old Trafford was included as part of the Bond offering so they couldn't borrow anything against it or sell it as far as I can remember.

There's a few rumours about the Qatar Royal family being interested in buying them and they were the ones who had a bid knocked back last year, maybe the money has come from them. Whatever is going on it looks like they are not going to be in any trouble and if they do get bought out then we are all fucked.

Judging by the Qatari Royal Families choice of cars they don't look like Rag investors to mehttp://swns.com/qatari-royal-family’s-supercars-clamped-outside-harrods-290937.html !!

Blues all the way !
