Agreed. About as much chance as the "Arab getting bored" or "the oil running out", I'm afraid to say.

The difference is that there is a legal relationship with the bond-holders who can enforce certain actions in certain conditions.
It's virtually inconceivable that they would go into administration but you do wonder how much the Glazers have taken out and how much trouble they're in financially if they can't meet a £20m payment.
It's come from Rodney Marsh who lives in Tampa and therefore presumably knows what goes on in the sporting world there. If asked they will naturally deny it and as the Glazer's companies are all registered in Delaware, which allows complete privacy, then we might never know.flb said:Prestwich_Blue said:It puts them in a similar position to the one we were in in July 2009 when we couldn't meet the second instalment on the transfers that Sven had done. That's the equivalent of 25% of Everton's debt which is just increasing year on year

So their cash position is worst in Q3 (i.e. now). This was done last year and since then their cash pile reduced by about £70m at year tend so they could have been starting from a much lower base in Q1 11/12. Overall they could be facing severe cash difficulties and going out the CL won't have helped that.
