Some random and slightly odd musings...

Wasn't concerned before the match, even less concerned during the match, slight twinge of concern when Ferdy ballooned it over but that didn't last long. That makes 5 out of the last 6 and whereas before it was a battle now its so easy its faintly embarrassing. Well it would be if it wasn't so funny.

The signage round the perimeter 'Get Close to the Champions'. My first thought was well love to mate but I can barely see them in the rear view mirror. My second thought having watched an inept ManU side under an equally inept manager was that sharing the same pitch as us twice a season is about as close as they will ever get to the 'Champions'.

'We aspire to be like City'. Its now official. Its the end of days. Only fucking downside was that I spilt my glass of Châteauneuf-du-Pape I was laughing that hard.

Now off to watch the highlights again.
