The announcers on the stream over here (can't remember who it was) were slating his finishing as being poor both leading up to the game and at the half.

Two calm, beautifully taken goals should shut them up you'd think?

Really pulling for Sterling this year. The abuse he has gotten has been downright disgusting. Looks a different player so far this year.
 
Absolutely first class today, and has been so far this season. Long may he continue.

That second goal was ridiculous.
 
Playing like the player we all hoped he would be. Two excellent finishes and battles to get the ball back.

Can't wait until he plays at Anfield to see him shut them up.
 
Top drawer today, him or Silva for MOTM. He's the one attacking player that also didn't look knackered playing the pressing system. He's been a different player this year and I'm buzzing for him after all the stick he was getting. Best player in the league so far this season, deserves player of the month.
 
Awesome today.

Much prefer him on right than left though his, cool & calm second finish came from the left hand side.
 
Class,Pellegrini restricted him to two touches before laying off the ball, WRONG. PEP sees speed, agility and ability. Sterling will shine, without doubt. Double figures goals and double figures assists.
