Raz is much improved from the player we saw in the second half of last season. However despite his contributions so far he has a long long way to go to become a truely elite player.

On Sunday he disappeared from the game for long periods,was far to easily out muscled & failed to get beyond his opponent into the box enough despite the fact that he'd been playing with a booking for 75 minutes.

Got to start to dominate games for 95 minutes on a regular basis.

I believe it's quite a significant figure because I have it on good authority that when he saw his first wage packet his eyes bulged out of his head, the wind then changed suddenly and he was stuck like that.

It's bought him a fair few pizzas too.
