I think it was more the fact you felt the need to quote his fee, something normally associated with our detractors.

You should really know what we paid for him instead of going on what the pundits keep repeating and using that to bash him with,he is young and learning from pep,he will be fine

He showed what he can do in the early matches this season, when he was my personal MotM more often than anyone. So I'd challenge anyone saying he hasn't got the ability or won't come good for four years. What does let him down at this stage is his consistency. His perfomances are possibly more variable than any other City player.

Big opportunity this Sunday. Monreal has been shit for months, Raz needs to be at the top of his game.

Also for the clearly clueless clowns who appear in this thread so often, what's the point in coming for the kid every time he messes up? He's a top player and will get better. Right now I'd say his only weakness is consistency and he can be a bit rough technically at times which causes him to lose possession, but then again, the large majority of wingers of his type lose the ball just as much.

Which is perfectly normal for a young player. The consistency will come in time.

He's been consistently good this season...
His stats for a player of his age are up there with the very best.
Performances in the group stages of both Champions League campaign have been very good. He will only get better with age and Pep managing him.
All in all a good signing.

He has been more consistent than de bruyne and fernandinho, but because these players are more experienced, they produce more. When dinho has a sloppy game, nobody slags him off. But when raheem does...btw i think fernandinho has been our rock for the last 2 years but this season raheem has been absolutely class

Finally a massive goal from him. The biggest game of the weekend, prime time tv spot, title rivals and he's got the winner.

He was one of the only players who had a good 90 minutes today. So close in the first half, didn't let his head drop kept going and took on the defender, got his reward.

We missed him so much when he was injured.

Also fantastic hold up play against some of the most potent full backs in the league. A complete wing performance today.

Been one of our best players all season. Even when things aren't going for him he still gives his all. And what a finish on his left foot.

Again a good match, again better on the right.

Great goal, happy for him - deserves it for his attitude & workrate this season.
