Hard to imagine any city players read this trash. No where near the trouble. Best to just stay focused and avoid this distraction all together. But Sterling a beast. Gonna have a tough time cementing his place in the first 11 over the next few years but not his fault and not an insult if he doesn't. Madrid Barca bench house hold names all the time. This is where we want to be

The way I see it, Aguero and potentially Sanchez aren't long-term players. If Sane, Sterling, and Jesus are fine with the rotation (and they should get plenty of minutes) for the next couple of years those three can be absolutely lethal for us, like how they were last season at an even greater level. Hopefully they see the big picture over the next 2-3 seasons.

Sterling for me has the highest ceiling out of all the others. If he becomes more lethal he's potentially got 20+ goals in his locker every season. I would like to see the front three of Sane, Jesus and Sterling - especially with our fullbacks now who could allow the two wingers to drift inside.

That is a big if considering how long he has been playing at the top level dont you think?

That I disagree with. I think Raheem has plenty room to improve and can become one of the best forwards in England, but I think Sane and Jesus have the potential to be world class. Raheem needs to be more clinical in front of goal for me to think he can get to the same level as the other two.

Mp took the player he was and completely stunted his growth and coached his good qualities out of him,he has had a season with pep and is now ready to take a giant step fowards,i have no worries about him at all

City were furious at reports that they had offered Raheem Sterling to Arsenal in part-exchange for Alexis Sanchez. [Sunday Mirror]

Txiki Begiristain called Sterling immediately to tell him that he remains part of Pep Guardiola's long-term plans. [Sunday Mirror]

Southgate saying he took off Sterling for the benefit of the team, replaced by no goals rashford(who reminds me of Adrian Heath who played instead of a great striker, Clive Allen).
Sterling if you read this, ignore them, your better and will be a star, Rome wasn't built in a day. Southgate and the other muppets wouldn't know a footballer if they fell over one.

Absolutely appalled by the bbc story on Sterling. Southgate rightly says although he was playing poorly it was a tough situation for him but he is professional and will bounce back as he always does. BBC throw in how Sterling has had it tough, is fighting for his place at City and was offered to Arsenal before they rejected our Sanchez bid.

Scored two in his last two games but nothing saod about that. Nothing about Rashford being benched last game for utd. Nothing about ox always being benched.
