I was on Diazepam for 17 years (on prescription via my GP) to help combat severe panic attacks and in the end my GP weaned me off them but it took 6-9 months reducing the dosage.
I certainly knew when Id taken them and my two different Employers at the time were very understanding.
Hard to know FROM CHARGES what he may or may not have done, so I’ll leave that to “the system” to figure out.
I’m sure he’ll put up the best defence money can buy and get the best shake of the system he can (although Britons love nothing more than doling out comeuppance!!).
Was never much of a fan of his football, save for showing up on the back post and managing to scramble the ball into the goal, or crossing one of the same for Sané, but always admired the man for his comportment. Therefore, I’ll reserve judgment before allowing the media to sully those good memories of a decent man.
I wish him the best and if his demons have overtaken him, I hope he pays for allowing them to potentially harm others and gets the help he needs to overcome them.

Never question his time at City the boy did well for us.
But he was in possession of said drug and had crashed this car into the motorway barrier, refused to be tested ( his right ) so no sympathy here, sorry, as been stated has the means to hire a driver

But dozy David didn’t have the audacity to leave one of the red-shirt cartel clubs to join dirty oil cheats, City.
And the media whore was only hounded for a few weeks, whereas Raheem was harassed relentlessly for years, until he pointed out the racism that he and other black players had had to endure for decades.

If every driver on anti depressants was banned the roads would be very quiet. My guess is that hes actually quite depressed given the very public plummet in his career. He does however have the security of infinite wealth and the access to immediate professional help denied millions of non celebrity sufferers.

The defence in here seems to be he' s a bit low as the sunsets on his career, therefore it's simply sad he decides to drive and take drugs. About time responsibility for one's actions was brought back.
