If we sign players that improve us, I will think Tixi and Soriano are doing their job. If Chelsea sign players that improve their team, I will think they are doing their job and if the red shite do the same, I will say the same about them.

I think that's fair comment.

Having watched a lot of the French League, I think Sterling would have ripped it up there.

Whether he is AS good a player as Hazard we will have to wait & see, but he's at least got the potential for that I would imagine.

Excuse my excitement! Aguero, Bony and Sterling sounds pretty good though! And Navas too.

Utd had an amazing line-up on paper, but it was utter rubbish so I know they have to gel as a team, and the big problem is getting those 3 together on the pitch. Last season Yaya's play killed us. Exposed our defence and meant we could only play 1 upfront so we still have to address that.

I wont be comfortable until I see Toure play. Either he will be back, or we will need an alternative.

Aguero, Sterling and De Bruyne sounds better, with Silva at no.10 and Dinho and Pogba the 2 behind.

We haven't signed him yet because we keep making offers which are below Liverpool's asking price. That's my point.

I'm saying that if we missed out on him over the sake of a few million, our second choice target will probably be inferior to him given he will probably still need to be homegrown.

And if we get him for less than the full asking price will you still be whinging that we didnt panic and pay more than we had to?

Yeah lets face it they get 3 players for 50 million and we get one...but we will finish above them that's for sure...our 50 mill will be better spent than there's....as the old saying goes ...quality not quantity
