Reckon a 40/45million last offer will be offered tomorrow. Kind of take it or leave it and would prefer that they would accept it but I imagine that they will sit on it for a few days.
Allegedly we didn't sign Isco or Hazard because we refused to pay the asking price as we thought they were both well over priced?
So now that criteria does not apply for Sterling?
Both Isco and Hazard are far more proven and far better players than Raheem is.
It appears we will be paying a very serious premium due to the fact he is English.

Unless,as one paper has suggested,we pay the full £40m up front in one go.Surely that must be tempting for the Yanks.Reckon a 40/45million last offer will be offered tomorrow. We are one of the few clubs who pay cash upfront for our signings. Most teams pay on the never never like some crappy Radio Rentals contract. Cash on the hip must be an attraction to the selling club?Unless,as one paper has suggested,we pay the full £40m up front in one go.Surely that must be tempting for the Yanks.

So you never want to see us spend over £38m ever again? Based on a transfer made in 2011? Yes, you are alone on that one.
Sure you don't want to impose a limit of £50k on our dealings, you know, in homage to Colin Bell!?
Aguero would go for at least 80m in todays market. Probably more. No overshadowing at all.
I imagine its a full payment of say £35M upfront and after "x" amount of time the balance (or add ons) is then paid in full.I`m no accountant so I may be completely well wide of the mark.Possibly, you know this figure of addons what are they exactly and who do they go to? Is a 40million cash full better than 35mill plus 5million addons?
