I think to be genuine world class you need to have great technical ability first and foremost and all great players believe in themselves and trust that ability. I’m not sure you could say that of Raheem, if anything in these last couple of seasons he has gone backwards as a player, certainly for City. He has never recaptured the form the showed in the hundred points season and in the treble winning campaign. It’s a shame but that is the reality . Raz probably now needs a change of club with the World Cup coming up.World class was a direction he was heading for a short time,he had the potential......i myself believed he would develop his game and push on to achieve such.Unfortunately that has proven incredibly wide of the mark,and, given the chronic weaknesses in his game,i think we have seen the best of him.
