Hope your worries are unfounded about McAtee.....because from what I have seen his ceiling in terms of ability is near to Phil.Yep, that's the dilemma, we have Lavia, McAtee (worried on that issue) and Palmer, all who should/could be incorporated into the next first-team evolution.
Gundo, Fern, Mahrez and Sterling are all coming to the end of this cycle, so we will have wiggle room to still add quality from outside.
De Bruyne is hopefully going to perform to a high level until 32/33, but I have my own concerns that his peak might have already come and gone in terms of his physicality.
It wouldn't worry me if Mahrez and Sterling never pulled on a City shit ever again..... we know they rarely deliver in the big games (PSG last year the exception for Mahrez)........although we could also say the same about Kev.
I know I'm repeating myself but I would like some these youngsters being the first port of call as replacements for the first 11 when rotation is required
