Doesn’t make me right of course but a player who loses possession as often as Sterling doesn’t work like it did 2/3 years ago when we stretched the play much more than we do atm.He's not right though. All the things Sterling is currently bad at, he's always been bad at, as is City facing low blocks and Bernardo and a couple others having superior technique.
Same reason we still offered him a new contract.
You are definitely right in saying the things he’s always struggled with he still does but the big factor for me is the stuff he used to excel at no longer happens regularly enough.
