Raising the pension age to 75

Whats next lower the working age to 12?

Personally I think it's a shite idea.

65 is long enough, somone who has works 25-30 years and paid for their pension deserves to retire and enjoy it rather than be finishing closer to 80 and probably death.

It’s currently 67 and this is to soften us up for the move to 70 I suspect.

People should be able to enjoy a few years in good health after 50 years paying into the system.

For those able,make sure you have a private fund and pay as much in as possible if you wanna enjoy retirement at a decent age.

It's definitely in the post that one. I hope parliamentarians don't get their pension until they're 75 as well though.

It's only going to affect the plebs. We can get by on a couple of £80k p.a. directorships. 4 meetings a year. Not too bad as long as they don't clash with Henley.

I am 70 now. I cannot imagine still working. I ache all over in the morning as it is. Not sure what jobs there would be at my age. Increase the worker pool keeps wages down. 'Nough said. F..king Tories.
