Rangers thread 2020/21

How would you describe this, if not racist? Just banter? Geography not a strong pint with the doss **** who scrawled that as it's Korea and China who eat dogs, but hey ho.
Do you believe that Rangers Football Club shouldn’t report racist abuse of one of their players because their fans once displayed a racist banner?

Maybe hold a board meeting with the conclusion of “Well, we’d like to report this incident to UEFA but remember that banner about the Celtic lad? We’d better leave this because we don’t want to be accused of being hypocrites.”

The oneupmanship between the two sets of supporters is why neither group will ever move on from the bigotry that most of you, and I include you, display.

No they should absolutely report it. The problem.with a whisper in an ear is they can't prove it.

How many English clubs would you say can win it? You have 4 realistically. Ten times our population, yet we have half that.

Irrelevant. Otherwise you would expect Germany to have a more equal league.

You have two big clubs who have dominated since the inception of professionalism. Rangers had already won their 25th title in 1947.

Since the last non Old Firm league winner, English football has had 9 different champions.

It was on Saint and Greavsie at the time, Rangers fans were sending their season tickets back in protest to them signing Mark Walters as he was black.

As for Basil Basile Boli's warm reception...

Now they want to take the moral high ground
All clubs have a few racist idiots , with Celtic its widespread amongst the support . The Mark Walters shame game at Parkhead was the largest and worst display of racism ever seen on British soil. Even last season Morelos and Tavernier were racially abused at the Piggery. Aberdeen player and City supporter Shay Logan racially abused by Celtic fans? Why? Because he complained in the press about a racist remark from a Celtic player.

If players are still taking a knee when fans are allowed back, we’ll see how widespread racism is among the Rangers fans
Would have been worse than Millwall fans reaction I’d say had they been in the ground this season

Two sets of tossers arguing about which is the biggest tosser.

Ala the rest of the world’s football teams. Who’d have thought it?

Rangers invincible league season continues.

Could have nicked it in the end, draw a fair result for me.

No, Nacho Novo really loves his "I hope you die in your sleep, Nacho Novo" ditty that Celtic fans sing, or those lovely songs about our kitma Jimmy Bell.

It's not a competition anyway, it's all wrong, im condemning it all. Feckin Old Firm seems to be tit for tat more than any rivalry out there. Its all wrong!

Ask nearly all Scots that's not an Old Firm fan. 2 cheeks of the same arse is the common thinking. They see both as bad as each other.
That’s how I also view United and Liverpool, two cheeks of the same arse. Between the four of them, they’re the four most vile clubs on this island, four cheeks of two fat ugly twins.

United fans summed these four clubs up with their chant “we do what we want”.

There is a real air of that attitude amongst all four of those fan bases.

Looks like all the Rangers fans have been out throughout the night painting kerbs red white and blue.
Union jacks on top pf street lights throughout the Central region.

So is chasing the racism allegation for true justice or trying to get back in the Europa League at their opponents expense?

It sounded like the latter listening to the lawyer representing the player involved in the allegation this morning.

Felt Celtic wanted to win that more than Rangers, especially first half.
Rangers had a physically and mentally draining Thursday night against top opposition.

Celtic did have a weeks rest and still tired towards the end of the match.

I actually felt as if Rangers were gonna nick it in the last 20.

Happy with the draw anyway. Would love to go the league season unbeaten and finish it off with the Scottish Cup. Would me a major success.

Then it’s full focus on the Champions League qualifiers. Two rounds to negotiate; seeded in Round 3 and then unseeded in the play-offs. If Gerrard manages to pull that off it will be nothing short of sensational when you think of where Rangers were 4 years ago.
