Rangers thread 2020/21

They wrecked our city centre- Fuck em
Hear hear.

It wasn’t just the city centre that was wrecked but they looted local businesses, damaged cars of city centre residents, even smashed one up on the road I was living in in Town at the time (City Road East), we heard a lot of stories of citizens being spat at and even attacked from others we knew living in Town, as well as them attacking the GMP for simply trying to keep the peace.

I’d always sided with Rangers as my “Scottish team” before 2008. After 2008, I can’t stand the cunts. Living in the city centre at the time, they were a fucking disgrace! They used Manchester like it was a tip all day even before the rioting happened. The place looked like a hurricane had stripped through it. As our @gordondaviesmoustache would say, the disrespectful motherfuckers!

Not liked Celtic since they came in pre-season and kicked fuck out of our seats, ripping or forcing a load out. Which Celtic took no responsibility for whatsoever. As well as that kid having a brick thrown at his head by two Celtic fans giving the father and son shit after the game.

But hated them ever since that Champions League game when they spent 40 minutes of the second half at the Etihad singing IRA songs. It wasn’t just the odd song by the odd gobby bell end, it’s was an orchestrated song list sang by the entire away end for almost the entire half.

Again, don't condone what happened in Manchester. I was there and at the game & had a great couple of days. We walked from the city centre to the Etihad for the game & folk were in their gardens waving away. We seen no trouble whatsoever pre game, in fact everyone in the city centre were having great fun with locals.

The police were totally unprepared. There was no way they were prepared for 200k fans to come down to the city. And, unfortunately, because it was so close, you had every tom dick & Harry there, lots of dregs of our support down there.

Add in the fact that the screens conveniently went down in the likes of Albert Square, then it's just became a recipe for disaster. If 200k pissed up Mancs were in the same boat in Glasgow I'd be impressed if you just all went home without any issues.

Seems like this is going to blow up.

30 mins after full time the Slavia players are out on the pitch not allowed into the dressing room.

Czech reporter saying Kudela, the player accused of racism has been attacked/beaten inside the stadium and they've called the police and that's why they're still out on the pitch.

Doubt the fella has been beaten up, as much as it would be funny. Just typical European Jessie behaviour of turning the tables to look the victim, hiding their guilt. Disgraceful behaviour and he should be banned for the rest of the season.

Gerrard has come out and practically said the lad has been called a ******. Thick **** did it in front of 2 black teammates, which the Czechs will probably use as a defence as to why he didn't use a racist term. Same old European Neanderthals where racism hasn't yet been invented.

I actually feel UEFA will come down stronger than ever on this incident, they certainly should do after pretty heavy handed treatment of the Romanian official at the PSG v Istanbul game; which I felt was a bit over the top given the actual offence.

Wasn’t the N word, he apparently said “You are a Monkey” to Rangers player Kamara, how must his own black teammates feel about him? 50k fine or expulsion from the tournament?
