I’ll confess, we’re in no position to criticize anyone over gauche colour schemes in our away strips. There can't be many other clubs in the world that offends people with the simple use of a colour once every few years!

Agreed, but City have garish kits because some fuckwit at Nike or puma think they look good and the club doesn’t say ‘no’.I’ll confess, we’re in no position to criticize anyone over gauche colour schemes in our away strips.

We all know why Rangers choose orange.
You mean it wasn’t just an innocent nod of the hat to their Dutch players and management…Agreed, but City have garish kits because some fuckwit at Nike or puma think they look good and the club doesn’t say ‘no’.

You forgot yellow!I don't think the away kit ever has orange on it, its more so when 3rd kits were introduced, & there's been all sorts of colour for them, black, purple, red, orange, white among others. This year's is all black with an orange trim, so I'm not sure if that's deemed OK or not?
Away kits/3rd kits, it doesn’t matter.I don't think the away kit ever has orange on it, its more so when 3rd kits were introduced, & there's been all sorts of colour for them, black, purple, red, orange, white among others. Tangerine.lolAgreed, but City have garish kits because some fuckwit at Nike or puma think they look good and the club doesn’t say ‘no’.

Are you suggesting any orange top is released as some sort of gesture towards William of orange? Seriously?I’d be more inclined to believe that “Rangers are actively distancing themselves from unionism” had they not introduced orange into their frequent away colour scheme over the past number of years.
I think that if Rangers were serious about stamping out sectarianism, they wouldn’t sanction kits in the very same colour as a huge percentage of their fan base march around Glasgow in every July. Are you suggesting any orange top is released as some sort of gesture towards William of orange? Seriously?
Rangers have had orange tops in the past, along with a good many other colours. Think your straw clutching there.
2021 and it can no longer be tolerated. It shouldn't have been tolerated at all . A cancer in our society. And of course an embarrassment.Even an establishment pro-union paper like The Scotsman has had enough of their bullshit

Rangers, the 'superiority syndrome' and anti-Catholic bigotry: Why it cannot go unchallenged any more
There ought to be no debate whatsoever about what was at the core of the grotesque scenes witnessed in and around Glasgow’s George Square on Saturday night.www.scotsman.com
Loads of them voted for the gov mate. That's just a fact. And the media mostly populated by Rangers fans, written and telly, so I don't know why they want to do anything about ending that. I bet you both survive without much fuss.If you ask any Rangers fan they knew 55 would end the government and media in Scotland.

For the same reason City do?Agreed, but City have garish kits because some fuckwit at Nike or puma think they look good and the club doesn’t say ‘no’.

I thought the Tequila Sunrise top was a homage to the booze culture developed under Joe Royle…For the same reason City do?
