Sorry but I asked for an example and all you have done is generalise. I believe you are totally wrong and there are no examples of where he has shown himself to be a good man manager. Getting rid of every player who doesn't agree with his approach is not imo good man management.

- Adam Johnson has actually become a serious goal threat under Mancini's man management
- Richards has regained his confidence and largely cut out the mistakes that have plagued his past
- Tevez was integrated BACK into the team very well with minimal fuss
- Hart no longer has doubts about his future at the club
- Boyata came back after the Arsenal game without losing confidence in his own ability and was well managed through the semi finals last year
- Balotelli hasn't turned against him after his comments and still maintains he's like a father

There's probably more aswell.

AJ was always a goal threat

Micah just needed an injury-free run

Mancini's tactics were probably a major factor in Tevez wanting to leave in the first place.

We didn't see Boyata for 4 months after his red card against Arsenal.

The signing of Balotelli will prove to be his downfall.

Add to that the fact he sent 9 players out on loan including proven goalscorers like Bellers and Ade then started moaning about being short of fit players.
