Rate the CWC transfer window /10 to date

If it wins us the CWC it’s been the greatest transfer window of all time for the club. The prize money will have almost paid for it! Amazing. Let’s get it won!
It's going to take a long time for Rodri to get fit. Aguero scored 2 goals on his debut but most overseas players take months if not a season to adapt. Savinho was one of the best players in La Liga scoring 9 goals in a season for Girona. He has 1 goal for City.

I very much like the players we have signed but I am wary that they will be written off very quickly because expectations will be so high.

9/10 as we got the players we wanted and at great prices, would have been 10 if we got a right back as well but that's being picky.

No to rate this forum - 3/10! Some of the takes on here, especially about our own players are unbelievable. Think the majority of the transfer forum is inhabited by Gen x / Fifa / Football manager types!

9/10 for the transfer fees we've paid, time will tell if they are good enough to get us back on top, so a solid 8/10 in all for me thus far

Three good players. Midfield strengthened. A LEFT BACK!
Good prices.
8/10.

7/10. We had a lot of issues.

- We need a right back.
- We need 1 more forward player.
- We need to sell.

The right back with sales takes it to a 9.
The forward thinking player, with the right back and sales takes it to a 10.

6/10 until now since outgoings are going to happen. Without it it’s a 8/10 in my eyes. Still a right back needed

10/10. We've gotten all of our targets for good priceses. Couldn't have gone better.

10 we got all our targets, just need to get rid of a few now and get our right back and we’re good to go

10/10! We’ve added quality players to the positions we need for excellent value. Add a quality RB and it’ll be one of our best transfer windows of all time.

I also think we need to look at the bigger picture with the whole squad. Rodri is back, Foden can only improve and adding Ait Nouri means Gvardiol can play is his best position.

There is also no chance of Doku and Savinho’s output not improving next season with the energy and added creativity in the side. That’s without mentioning the big man up front who will get loads of chances coming his way. I’d be very surprised if Haaland and Marmoush don’t his at least 50 league goals between them next season.

Liverpool will make all the headlines this summer with their signings, Arsenal are going to spend big as well. But we’re the team to beat next season. I think we’ll see a City reminiscent of the centurion season with pace, purpose and power.

So it will be a better window if we don’t loose players even tho we need to loose players ? Dont get your point

It beats expectation in terms of talent and cost, I have seen a fair bit of Ait Nouri and he’s going to add a lot of goals and assists from the left and allow the Gvardiol and Dias partnership to flourish, Reijnders I’ve watched for Holland and alongside Rodri I think he’ll be brilliant, and Cherki looks amazing from the clips. Plus a needed hg 3rd keeper and 2 youngsters of excellent potential. 10/10 for me, and how much better can Pep makes these 3? Plus with our new coach I assume they are all asthmatic?

The speed in the way which we wrapped them up was impressive.

No down to the players to hit the ground running asap.

But having them in early helps for sure
