Rats/Pest help

I would second that other than I use chocolate. I live in the countryside and the cold weather means they head for the integrated garage. I use white plastic traps, dead easy to set with a bit
of chocolate on the dish and caught 3 mice in the first couple of days, nothing since. They come in via a small gap under the garage door where the traps are waiting for them. The gap is too small for rats so the situation is manageable with mice. It is the price paid for living in the countryside and being surrounded by fields. I also have a couple of those electronic devices plugged in but they are no deterrent.
I've also started using a little bit of chocolate as well Halfmist, I mix some peanut butter, jam and chocolate together and it seems to work a treat.

The only effective way is the trusty regular and reliable old mouse trap.

I thought this one had got away..........but I found it.

Just remind them that the Glazers are still in charge and they'll be off to Old Trafford quicker than you can say 'off peak return from Euston.'
