RAWK is an absolute farce

the guys on the Lpool forums saying that Aguero "reminds them so much of Suarez" I mean come on... they are just trying to softly wank themselves into feeling better. I mean I like Suarez actually but Kun is from another f*cking planet.

and we have him.

ha.

keep trying with the coping mechanisms you reds.

Some extremely positive reviews about Aguero here

What's the issue?
Various really.

1) The "Yes he looked good but how will he cope on a wet winter Monday night in Stoke" brigade.

2) The "Yes he looked good; what's he doing at a shitty little no-mark club with no history" brigade

3) The "Carroll/Suarez are much better" brigade.

4) The "He's only playing for them because we won't pay daft wages" brigade (ignoring the fact their wage bill in the last accounts was only £10m less than ours).

5) The "He should be playing for us because he's a lifelong Liverpool fan" brigade

6) The "Carroll's a better buy because over 5 years he'll cost us a lot less because we're paying him less" brigade.

Etc.

Apart from them (about 90% of RAWK) they're being very fair.

To be honest, I've seen quite a few of those type posts regarding Messi succeeding over here.

Generally, football forums are the same everywhere.

To be honest, Redcafe and RAWK is full of fucking whompers who have probably never been to see "their" respective teams. Liverpool have this delusion of grandeur carry over that seems to be timeless, whilst the other lot just get people that were born in the 90's and like winning.

hilarious and pitiful at once

i laugh in their general direction

suarez better than kun? laughable

They were on about us copying the Poznan! :s that never walk alone song was a great idea by them.... NOT! And how about the other song they got from Celtic, 'I just can't get enough!' and they have another song they copied from scummy Celtic but I don't know the name

It seems like a lifetime ago that stuff like this actually used to wind me up. I've long since gone past even apathy and into relishing it now, the taste of other fan's tears is addictive. I'd rather be hated than disingenuously back-slapped and faux-respected merely for providing no real threat. We're the pantomime villains and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Oh yes, you would!

I guess you missed the posts after his 2nd goal.
I read them all. Yes they were impressed with the goal but there were a lot on there who came out with some variation of one of the above. and there was a general air of (2); that somehow we weren't entitled to a player like that but they (despite having won nothing for 6 years) were.

OK.

And this from the club that went backwards under Benitez.

One of their favourite sayings is "If City went for Rafa" They honestly think Mancini is a poor manager with no pedigree and Rafa is the greatest manager ever to grace football.

Benitez's record in Europe is much better than Mancini's.

He fluked a Champs league with a team built by his predecessor and won the Uefa cup with Valencia. I'll keep Mancini thanks.
