See I thought that, but wolves fans I’ve seen online are saying their struggling financially same as Leicester. They haven’t been active much due to financial constraints.

The PL premium is crazy. Wonder if there are any LBs in the championship who are decent. £10m could mean all the difference to them, but £40m for a PL team might not be worth it.And could easily fetch £50m. A price City is very reluctant to pay.

If they want to sell and they've paid any attention to the Cucurella transfer they won't ask for £50m because they know they won't get it.They all do when they see City coming, financial trouble or not!
