Maybe he can be better in a few years. But right now? Come on.I confess to knowing little about 20 year old Thomas Gálvez from the EDS but he is the current Finnish left back having made his debut for the international team at 17.
Currently on loan in the 2nd tier of dutch football. Insane shout, hasnt been called up in 3 games either for his country, got bumped back to the U21sMaybe he can be better in a few years. But right now? Come on.
Would be surprised if we kept him on next season. Another loan I reckon.I confess to knowing little about 20 year old Thomas Gálvez from the EDS but he is the current Finnish left back having made his debut for the international team at 17.

He's not Finnish, he's only 20I confess to knowing little about 20 year old Thomas Gálvez from the EDS but he is the current Finnish left back having made his debut for the international team at 17.
How did he end up with nine assists this season?
Watched him plenty of times, not making it at City in a billion yearsI confess to knowing little about 20 year old Thomas Gálvez from the EDS but he is the current Finnish left back having made his debut for the international team at 17.

Doh !!!Its a Joke.
Think about it.
He’s no.1 when it comes to tackling dribblers in the league. He locked down Salah. Isn’t slow. Has 4 years of experience in the league. Still 23. Who’s to say that he’s an 8/10 attacking wise and only a 6/10 defending wise he can improve and balance it out with time and coaching. Nobody is the finished article not sure what options are there.Think he's really good going forward but defensively a little suspect. I think he's perfect for a wingback signing but if we are insisting on 4 at the back again next season, maybe there are better options.
I always wonder with City if 3-5-2 would be ideal going forward. Ait Nouri on the left, Nunes (or this Wesley we are linked to) on the right putting in crosses for Erling. At least it would mean cutting our wasteful wingers. Think it's worth a try in pre season.
Plays in a back 4 for Algeria and hardly looked badHe's a wing back isn't he? He's not particularly impressed in a back 4 and is quite suspect defensively
However, he is a left sided defender and prem experienced, with good quality, and a good age too
He's better than what we have, think he's a level below Kerkez and while he younger I think Robinson is better suited to what we need
love Vanderson but Robinson is AmericanI really like this signing!
Sign him and Robinson (homegrown!) for left back, then keep O Reilly as an 8, then we probably dont need MGW.
For RB get Vanderson.
Thats 3 really good attacking fullbacks.
In that Algerian team he tears opponents for fun.Plays in a back 4 for Algeria and hardly looked bad
When I saw him lock down Salah, I started to notice how perceptive he is at reading the body movements of his opponent. I think being such a good dribbler himself gives him an edge — he kind of knows what you’re likely to do next, anticipates it, and shuts it down before it happens. That’s his superpower. He may not be world-class defensively, but he’s solid — and when going forward, he’s an absolute joy to watch. He’s no.1 when it comes to tackling dribblers in the league. He locked down Salah. Robinson was born in England and went to live in the U.S. Now he is American but given the fact he has been here for so long, I thought he was HG, did he not get here in his teens to play?
Yeah that is what I thought. He has been here for a long time.He is homegrown started out at everton youth teams

My favourite thing about Vanderson besides his pace is that he’s a reactive defender. Not a passive one like Theo.H or Cancelo. I think Nouri has that trait too but I haven’t watched him alot. I swear we’re linked to every good player under the sun.In that Algerian team he tears opponents for fun.
