Decent performance away from home. 3 1 was a fair result even if we scored 2 of them pretty late on.

We dont half seem to concede from the oppositions first real shot far too often though and waste some chances ourselves.

Doku and Alvarez almost undroppable now
 
We looked really good i thought.

The shape, balance really suited the players and against footballing sides this could be our starting lineup for a while. It's a shame Rodri can't play against the arse :-(

Gvardiol, Rodri, Bernie, Rico and Phil were all superb.

I was surprised Rico started, but wow! He put in a brilliant performance and looked perfect for that right half, number 8, role.

Phil was my motm, he was excellent and took control in the second half.

I enjoyed that tonight, well played CITY!
 
Alvarez is such a talent. Great goal and assist that.

Thought we played pretty well overall but sloppy in the pass and way too open when we lose it.

Least Haaland was involved tonight. Goals will come if we keep him involved.

Thought Dias, Walker and Akanji were very sloppy at times.

Good performance. Couple of players a bit rusty (Akanji, Haaland, maybe Dias) but thought Lewis, Foden, Gvardiol, Grealish, and then Alvarez and Doku, were all good. A great result in a tough stadium.
