Irritating from Pep, too many of the senior players weren't interested in playing tonight but he still refuses to start a few of the youngsters. End result, a defeat and Mr Brain-fart suspended for the first knockout tie.

Was a nothing game but it just felt like a huge waste. Always talk about player fatigue so seemed crazy to play some of them at all let alone 90 mins. Very predictable once a couple of players are out of the team.

A total clusterfuck from Pep and the players tonight, hopeless that no kids started this pointless game and totally hopeless that he didn't trust them to come on, apart from a brief cameo from Cole. Does Pep not trust or just not rate these kids, or both?

I wanted at least Palmer/McAtee to have some serious game time as we wont have another dead rubber CL game for at least until next year December if any...

Now Swindon is next game they can expect to play 10-15 minutes but with Pep you never know maybe too optimistic with that 10-15min.

Complete shitshow from our players, lack of pressing, lack of effort, lack of good ideas, lack of good defending, Steffen kept the goal difference low basically.
