That lad had a cracking game against Wycombe in the cup and we haven't seen him in the first team since. Last night was the perfect opportunity to blood youngsters, What a moment it would of been for them too to play in a Champions League game.I feel the club lost 3 points, 3 millions (thats what the club get when they win a game in CL ) & a chance to let our youngsters play to gain experience and rise their value.
A decent performance from Wilson the RB will rise his value more than winning the match.

IMO, yes, we aregenuine question - are we a beter team without KDB and Grealish at present..... We know KDB's quality and Im not doubting that for a second but this season has been poor from him....mainly due to clearly not being fit.....but we cantafford passengers and our best displays have come without him or Grealish in the team

Grealish for me hasnt been effective all season..some people purr about his performances but Im seeing nothng other than ordinary.....safe sideways passes that slows our play down......adding very little in the way of assists or goal threat...How people rate him above Foden is beyond me but thats another argument. Needs to stop throwing himself to the floor.

At the moment we are but things can change, the best defence and midfield is obvious and neither Kev or Jack should currently play in it in ideal situations. I think you are right, but I suppose a loss is easier to take if we can put it down to Pep trying a few youngsters rather than lumping together people who needed a run and people who didn’t.still Pep is still god and this is still a magic team serving up some of the best football we have ever seen.its great to be a city fanPep knew that Leipzig would be well up for this match, that's why he put a first team out there, the pups would have endured a cricket score against., just a pity he did not express his concerns to the team, as they thought it was a walkover, instead it was a walker off!
