A chance to rest those who have had ”many minutes” and maybe a chance to get the likes of Cole Palmer, and up and coming propects like Kevin de Bruyne to establish themselves in the first team squad ;-)

Complete second team for this, no point whatsoever risking anyone in the regular starting 11 for a meaningless game .. We have no reason whatsoever to do Brugge a favour to the detriment of our players and PL campaign ..

With the amount of money for a win think we will be a strong team draw 1m win 2.8m think you get nowt for a loss.

I’d rather take a loss and keep our players fresh and injury free mate.. 2.8 million is a drop in the ocean compared to the consequences of picking up injuries and Leipzig will be going all guns blazing

Personally I woud sebd the 21 sqaud this is a total dead rubber and not worth risking.
I would agree generally but I think the ££ for winning the match is still worth making the effort for the club and some players need a game to keep them sharp after the lay off so it will still be fairly strong.

Pep is likely to play those who haven't played enough recently and need minutes (KDB, Grealish, Foden, Stones, Steffen...) and those who were on the bench last night (like Jesus and Mahrez). So, it's highly unlikely that Pep will start with Palmer and McAtee. There's a decent chance that Palmer will get a start, though.

As other posters point out, the money for a win is not bad at all, that will be a factor as well.

Pep won't play a B team. He'll give a few a run out but he''l use it as a game to try a few things, test some players, Grealish will play to get some confidence etc

It's 1.5 million euros for a win, half of that for a draw.

It would be nice to boil some piss with this game.
We lose, RB go on to the knockout stage of the Europa league.
City start next year with a £2m a year sponsorship from Red Bull!

Hahahahaha, that would be something!
