South stand v reading

In the ticket details it doesn't seem to mention that south standard need to relocate on level 3 east an west stand

Looks to me reading have got el3 and they will open cb3 if needed

But the club NEED to advertise it as a singing stand. Otherwise it'll be the same old two sections with a load of City fans sat down in the middle doing cross words like Wigan last year.
