46 seats left in the 3rd tier on the OS seat planner. Seats have been flying out today. Will City open the other 3rd tier today?

22 seats left in the NS upper tier.
I think they will release more in EL3 further up.

Surely they would have done that by now? Alll but 4 of the blocks are 'still' greyed out.

From the OS site.

The Blues' fans have been hit by FA Cup fever with the biggest crowd of the current cup run guaranteed for Sunday's quarter-final showdown with Reading.
Everyone wants a piece of the action and with victory meaning a place in the last four of the competition and a trip to Wembley, Blues fans have been snapping up tickets for what will hopefully be a fantastic day for all the family.
Inflatables, fancy dress and flags are the order of the day - wear your snood if you like, FIFA won't mind! It's been a while since we’ve been to Wembley, so don’t miss out on the chance to shout Roberto Mancini's men there.
Our promotion-chasing opponents, who knocked out Everton in the last round, have sold out their allocation and will have nearly 3,000 fans arriving in a fleet of free coaches for our very own Reading Festival.
The team are aiming to repeat the victory over Aston Villa and put the disappointment of Kyiv behind them, so make sure you’re at the stadium when kick-off rolls around at 4.45pm on Sunday, March 13.
Tickets are selling fast, but there is still avialability. Save time and money by booking online - there is no booking fee when buying over the internet. Alternatively, call 0870 062 1894* (option 1) or drop in at the box office above the CityStore - open until 5.30.

Picked my ticket up this morning, wasn`t very busy to be honest.

I was there around 12.30pm today, not huge queues and served within 10 minutes (3 tills open). Single seats only in bottom 2 tiers and a quarter of 3rd tier sold.
Imagine the other 3rd tier will be opened tomorrow from those turning up on the day
There are less then 100 seats on the OS at the moment I just can't believe City are only selling those and not looking at putting more up for sale.

They wont sell any for the other side until the first one is sold out. Saves on staffing and other costs

I got 47 (me sad too) - City need to release more seats onto the online system. Give people as much choice as possible or they might not bother.
